DawnSignPress provides information and creates educational products for the deaf and signing community. In additon to creating a custom database, BGI programmed the e-commerce aspect of the site and manages site content. BGI has created the capability for administrators to hide or show content based on corporate approval, and can update the database quickly and easily. Secure online orders are tracked, and the site automatically notifies DawnSignPress’ Customer Service Department of new online orders. Credit card numbers and email addresses are automatically checked for validity. BGI made it possible for DawnSignPress to easily add, edit, and delete products, events, customer information, and orders via easy-to-use Web-based forms. Administrators are also able to find records easily with a sorting capability created by BGI, resulting in time and cost savings for DawnSignPress.
