KPA Associates

Bedinger Group created a custom real estate forensic database for tracking and reporting new development defects for KPA Associates. Defects can be tracked and reported by project, phase, plan type, unit, and condition. The database allows for multiple projects by developer and a combination of project types (condominiums and single-family home developments). Images used for evidence are automatically entered into the database, re-named, and moved to the selected project folder once a photo is selected from the directory. Reports are generated on a cumulative and statistical basis.

• Address images
• Issue images by condition and unit
• Observation summaries by address and condition
